At Topper Fine Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 10-day return window for a full refund or exchange on unworn items. All returned jewelry and watches must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, and warranty cards intact.

Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with all original documentation.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure the shipment is fully insured.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
